I said there can be "evidence" if we have a special human role to prove it. So like I said, in this game, there is either evidence (by special human roles) or no evidence at all.
I see evidence as concrete proof. No such thing as concrete proof with player's actions, because they can easily be faked by the players. Even if we vote by watching players' actions, I call that guessing, and not by following "evidence" or whatever.
