LOL,  I don't know you well enough to make a resolution for you. I would make them for prople I know who need them made for them! 
example? I would make a resolution for my 15YO granddaughter to stop going overboard when she doesn't get to do what she wants, when she wants and to stop saying her mother hates her guts when her mom tells her she can't go hang out with kids in the parking lot of the grocery store.
I would make a resolution for my son-in-law to stop smoking.
I would make a resolution for my youngest grandbabies momma to stop acting like she is 18 without a care or responsibilty in the world.
And I would make a resolution for one of my brothers to stop drinking & drugging himself to death.
And, yes, they prolly have a resolution they would make for me, but theirs don't count since they aren't on htis forum - LOL!!
