They don't "drop from the GH KQ," they come from the chests given by it-which means you'd have to win. And I'd bet that I've won more GH KQ's than you have, yet I haven't gotten anything as well. Those people that have responded to your roars saying that there's no such thing are wrong, they probably think that they know much or all about the game itself but don't know about those. And it would be hard to get someone to sell you one of those, I'd know cause I have one myself and I've rejected more offers than I could count, just for it.
So anyways, 1.) the Wiki is correct and 2.) yes, they're incredibly rare.
