If your computers primary use is for image and video editing and you want a good card expect to pay out alot of money for one. Preferably going for a quad core (Go for i5 if money is an issue) computer with around 6-8GB of Ram would be ideal for your needs. The high Ram is needed for Photoshop while the good CPU is needed for video encoding

What you are really asking for is a photo/video editing and gaming laptop and those can be quite pricey.
A good laptop card try and go for a Geforce 2xxM series quite decent graphics card for a laptop
