I would wait until the iPod Touch comes out with the video camera (sometime next year).
If you're looking for a phone, Google's coming out with the Nexus One next year, which I'm really looking forward. I think the other good Android phones right now are the Droid, Cliq, and Behold II. I think I would like the Droid the most but it's not available T-Mobile. :/ I like the Behold II too but it doesn't have a QWERTY keypad and I would prefer a phone with a keypad.
