This wasn't some garden variety tween-filled show on her tour. This was for the queen regnant of sixteen countries (of which Canada is one, I might add), not to mention titular head of the Church of England. Miley's handlers should have shown a little class.
Frankly, it'd be nice if she always had some class, but you've got to step it up when you're dealing with heads of state.
