In the next patch players who are levels 75 or above will be able to start a quest from Ziola. Depending on your class, you will have a different quest chain. Each of the quests will bring you to different places, and require you to kill different mobs.
After a series of quests, you will eventually receive level 75 Sealed Armor from Ziola. He will teleport you to the next NPC who will give quests for your specific class change. Upon completion of some of the quests you will receive a Destiny Jade and a Weapon.
The Destiny Jade is used to unseal the gear that Ziola gave you earlier, unlocking its true power.
