I'm actaully on Apoline, but I've played on Teva before and the prices are not that much different. I know FF is full of Tevians — feel free to correct me.
T1/T2 scroll materials are easily obtained through decomposition or just plain farming. However, T3 scroll materals are exspensive (1-2s each) and don't drop as often. KKP is a great source of full stacks of T3 scroll materials.
T1 Scrolls: 100c ~ 500c
T2 Scrolls: ?
T3 Scrolls: 8s ~ 10s
T4 Scrolls: 10s ~ 15s
