Right click on the file you downloaded and click extract here. It might install everything or it might have an installer... if it has an installer just click that an install. And you can check for viruses or whatever by scanning it with some stuff. But I usually read the comments of the torrent I downloaded and see what people say. If a lot of people are dling and said it works fine, assume that.
