I was actually surprised at how similar it was (in layout) to Outlook.
But I think the little features are important. I'm still waiting for Hotmail/Windows Live Mail/Microsoft Outlook Express to implement conversation view (which is only widely available on Gmail and which I think is so important for e-mail nowadays).
I think there's only Microsoft Outlook has conversation view and I just think it's so stupid that they can't implement this for any other e-mail program.
