Nothing, there won't be any automatic-divorce of some sort. You'll remain married to that deleted character. You'll still have your wedding pet, your +5% heart buff, and the Summon skill, though it can't be used anymore. It would be impossible to file for the 250s divorce too. And when you check the Wedding tab (from the Friend/Guild Tab) you'll see the deleted character that you're still married to, with a '~' after the name. For example: ChemicalRomance~
