I heard that if you can log in right after maintenance and use your guild storage, you would be able to gain access for the rest of the week until the next maint. The reason for doing it after maintenance because the servers are usually more "empty" and that the bug error resets every maintenance.. or so I've heard.
So I guess you could try that. Good luck getting your 30g back!
