like give pikachu ganadorf's move set. And since pikachu doesn't meet ganadorfs size in order to do those moves, his body gets streched to meet the required size.
Here is a move swap in Street fighter 4. Sakura has Zangeifs moves and Zangief has sakuras moves.
here is one where pikachu has ganondorfs moves and mario has luigi's moves. It distorts faces and body structure to meet size requirements.
Its a hack of some kind. i came across those videos randomly.
