Doesn't that means the Legals win?

Although, if the Legal was suppose to kill instead of using mind drain, couldn't the mind drained Legal just die?

Then it would be

1 Legal
1 ST
3 Humans

We actually have a chance of winning as long as we kill the Legal or ST.

We kill ST. then after human dies at night, it owuld become:

2 legals
2 humans

Esen is right - no point killing ST now cos we'd just die.

If we kill legal instead.. it'd be:

1 ST
3 humans

Assuming worse case scenario for us and 2 humans die:

1 legal
1 ST
1 human
