They put that ad thing in a while ago, quick annoying but it usually redirects it back to the forum pages.
There is a Skip Ad button on the top right corner, or you could just reload the page again. Sometimes when I reload the page again, it just skips the Ad page. But don't reload on the ad page.. just enter the outspark forum URL again and try entering.

It doesn't work but it seems firefox doesn't have this problem,thanks anyway.
I'm so happy I thought of switching the browser
