They put that ad thing in a while ago, quick annoying but it usually redirects it back to the forum pages.
There is a Skip Ad button on the top right corner, or you could just reload the page again. Sometimes when I reload the page again, it just skips the Ad page. But don't reload on the ad page.. just enter the outspark forum URL again and try entering.
