I'm guessing this is a fairly new promotion/incentive. Since I logged in a few nights ago for the first time in months and months, it probably triggered the mail. I haven't leveled since around Christmas, and that was to 62. I had taken a lengthy break before THAT at 50, so it's probably been a year since actually hitting 50. I'm utterly amused by the timing.
