I agree with what some of you have been saying,
there should be servers for different languages, which some games have.
Then every1 that knows English could play together.
And uh.... does every1 in mexico speak english?
since todays world is so diverse you cant really base things on Country.
but the problem is that there could be english speaking people in some other country like... France, so you cant ban any countries IP
going back to a free for all system.
They could try to make fiesta not support foreign languages i guess but that would be enourmassly difficult.
In all just make more servers that are all free for any1 but encourage certain languages on certain servers
