Who came up with the idea that Fiesta is just for North Americans?
So if I moved from Canada to China, I wouldn't be able to play anymore? Anyone that can understand and speak English should be allowed to play. If you restrict it all to North Americans, you're restricting a bunch of awesome players from entering your MMORPG.
