Only restricted to North America? That would mean they will need to ban more than half the world's worth of IPs. Have fun with that.

I don't think it's restricted to North America. Like others said, English speakers =/= North Americans. If you speak the language, then you can play. Until I see solid proof where they specify that Fiesta is only for North America, I'm not going to believe it. =/
