Other than on gamengame, which ISN'T Outspark, I haven't seen any offficial proof that Outsparks Fiesta is for North America only.
Perhaps Izahead will be able to give us some sort of answer?
I mean.. if its only for America, then okay, but thats just stupid in my opinion. Its like teasing the forieigners. I'd be sad if we were all split up.
