You have to be level 20. Then, report to Enchanter Master Wishis, she'll give you something to do (hunting I think). Then go to Grand Master Sean by the pond in Forest of Mist. Then do what he asks, and you can battle your Shadow to become a Wiz Mage! Good luck!
