You get a reset at 15 and (
well, used to) 20. The one you get at level 15, was only availible if you used it at level 19, not at level 20. So what you could do it make a good build for the 2x, then reset, and make a better build for the 3x.
btw, BMs are pretty good at DD. I don't really like healers anymore.
