It doesn't matter whether you are good or bad at writing. You don't have to write a story or poem, or anything like that. Creativity does not matter with writing what you are feeling. Just start with someone. Maybe it's one word, maybe it's what you did today... Maybe it's how you feel. Why you feel that way. Once you start, it'll be easier to write things down. And maybe it'll make you feel better. ^-^ It helps me, that's for sure.

Its not that i wanna cry to feel better... I hate crying.
Its.... like if something sad happens... most people wud cry. But i for some reason cant.. i feel terrible.. but, not a single tear comes out of my eyes ._.
