Then wat do they do like Str do they increase physical damage(no bonus)

if im not mistaken SPR from base stats and items adds m.def and mana while END gives p.def and HP

if you like to solo and want to crit, yes its a good idea. if you dont, its not. if you want 125 more mana and 12.5 (i think) more m.def then yes, its a good idea. if you dont, its not.
yes, you can increase the crit chance of a weapon by registering a licence (for any monster living in Burning Hills and higher maps) and then completing it
