I created a shortcut for My Computer and Recycle Bin and linked it to the shortcut instead... (e.g. C:\Documents\Shortcut to Recycle Bin)
If you read the source code, it tells you to go to
www.weather.com to find the code for your city...
Example
In the URL you see "ASXX0112" so... at weather.com, you search for your country, then look at the URL to find that code.. and replace it in the source code...

Do you use winamp? it altomatically works when I open up winamp... you have it have it running though (see my tray icon next to the clock...)
