Actually, if you'll see the watermark, it's from Engrish.com. The reason it is funny is that the people that made it probably have no clue what it actually says. Unless it was meant to be super-ironic on purpose, so that hipster jagoffs can point at how ironic they are. If it was on purpose, not so funny. Accidentally? Funny cross-cultural misunderstandings.
