Full SPR is terrible completely terrible at Lv 100 a full SPR build only yields 14% crit rate minus equipment and CS suits. Even with the crit suit and equipment your damage is still going to be dreadfully terrible. Full STR fighters will outdamage full SPR fighters even if the full SPR fighter is criting 100% of the time. Since they have much higher damage output and still have the chance of landing a crit.
Best bet is to go full STR then beef up your crit rate with 2% crit earrings and a completed lic anything past pixy for additional 5% crit rate. You can further beef up your crit rate with costumes and accessories from the CS store. You can also get addtional crit rate from purple boots.
