I was told recently by a friend that he knew a fighter who was all spr. He said he crit on like every hit. Has anyone heard of a build like this and if so would it better than all str. I know you wouldn't have hardly any normal dmg, but if you crit on every hit wouldn't that be doing more than normal dmg all the time?
