This is a fan art of Chae Yeon, a Korean singer that made her first come back in two years! This drawing is based on her very first performance of the song "Shake".
It's an imitation of one of her dance moves/poses (first one seen at about 1.28 minutes for those who doesn't want to watch the whole thing xD).
