Do you get the IP block message on the registration page? Because I was able to register an account(From Australia) but since the client is too large im not going to bother downloading the game.

Yup. ;~; And even if I do get around the registration page I'm guessing the game would shut me out anyway...
Yeah, the disco lights are part of it and... it kills me during events when someone decides to spam it. D< Bad enough 90% of the people are glowing balls of radiation.
