What's the point of being quiet if the Legals will get us all anyway if we don't go back-to-back?

The people still in the game are:-
Hessah
Esen
Lam
Bela
Tama
Hraes
Me

People on my Human list:-
Me (durr) (I voted for Esen the previous round)
Hraes (plink-shield) (didn't vote)
Esen (I thought she might have been a Legal but she voted for me and not in concert with the Legals)

The people left are
Hessah (admitted voting for Destrus) (possible Human/Legal)
Lam (?) (hasn't said much)
Bela (?) (50-60% Legal)
Tama (might have said he voted for Desu) (possibly Human)

In the round where Destrus got voted out, there were 4 votes for Destrus (the 2 Legals + 2 Humans most likely), one vote for me (from Esen), one vote for Lam (I'm guessing this was Desu's vote because he couldn't have voted for himself) and one vote for Esen from me (I voted for her with the same reasons she voted for me)

That all boils down to the four left, Hessah, Tama, Bela and Lamz as the only ones who could have voted for Desu. The two Legals are a definite part of this final four. Chances for Hessah being the Legal are smaller in my mind than for the rest as she openly admitted to voting for Destrus of her own volition. Tama being a Legal also slightly decreases because he implies the same thing.

I type this because it's Night-time and anyone of us could go at any minute. What's the point of lying-low and not becoming a target, if the Legals win anyway?
