As far as I know there are only 6 types of equipment that does not.
1. Low level boss weapons (King Marlone)
2. Hero Mob weapons like Mutant Wofl Sword
3. Purples
4.
Lv 100 armour greens (Not counting Shield and weapons)
5. Hellgaits
6. Bellow Knight weapons
