Something that really helps me is to "see nothing."
So even though it'll be dark and my eyes will be closed, your brain still is "seeing" different images. The first thing I try to do is make those images turn black, so the only thing I'm seeing is black. And then I turn black into nothing. xD

My Brain Didnt Understand That.
I Dont Wanna Think. I Never Think About Anything. It hurts My Head Thinking About Anything At All. I also Never Sleep. Doctors Ive Been To Said My Brain Is To Big For My Head..... Thats Why I always Get Headaches. ( Like Right Now Or any Time I Type Somethin. )
