And It SEEMED like she gave the infractions because she was mad.
It wasn't clearly stated.

Also Pebbles, he didn't do that, Did he? It was by accident, Wasn't it?

Annoyance, Yes great reason for infractions. Double Posting > Annoyance > Infraction.
