Ignore them. Some people really need to grow up and NOTHING makes them any better than you. If anything, such comments make them worse than you will ever be.
All that matters is you. And if you are happy with who you are then screw whatever anyone else says and live your life the way you want to.
Do not let them bother you. Just smile and know that karma bites back and it usually bites back hard.
