Associated or Bugged?



Okay, on this skill list, on the right panel.. there's Magic Missile, Fire Bolt, Magic Blast, Ice Bolt, Ice Blast.

I just got Ice Blast today, and decided to test it out. And I noticed something strange..
When I casted Ice Bolt.. Ice Blast started to cool down o.O when I haven't even casted it. I assume they're some how linked?
