I think Non-Spark Cash events and other things should be implement both on and off the servers.
Have you ever noticed the "Player of the Month" is 99% of the time a Spark Cash user?
Also, notice how it's the player everyone knows (Player of the Month), why can't it just be that new beginner to the game that knows his stuff?
