i think a good idea would be give all non shield weapons a 0% block rate, but adding end adds to block rate regardless.

that way, non shield classes can still block occasionally, but because a fighter gets a shield and toughness, he will still block much more often and will still be a much more capable meat shield.

Thats nice and all but what about people who don't put points into END? That right there would leave out about 99.9% of every Mage in the game.
