oh i have two questions.
does slow shot never miss?
it says absolute arrow builds momentum for a devastating attack. is it an attack itself (as in it doesn't just build up power but then fires a shot) or does it only build up energy to make your next shot hit harder. like could i use it then power shot to do some amazing damage? (and finally finish off those darn clerics
