Don't you need the kill shot to increase the lic. Which makes it hard to do as a cleric in a party.

Upon previous maintenances, it doesn't necessarily the one who gets the last hit gets the percentage but all in the party and with similar license. tried and tested on Fire nix on my duo buddy (cleric). We are both had the eliminator title on those mobs now
