I plan to be an all-time 2 handed swordsman...
Right now I am planning to do this:

10 DEX
25 SPR
(Rest) END

Skills:
-Devastate (points into SP cool down) {Not sure how much to put in...
-Power Hit (points into SP cool down) {Not sure how much to put in...

My biggest question is: Is this an ideal build for a 2-handed swordsman?
After doing a bit or research, I feel like my build might be way off the mark...
