He/she left out a lot of variables in the crunching, but I'd still be interested in seeing a full-SPR build in PvE. PvP isn't even a question.

I was reading some thread on the officials about full SPR archers. People who went full SPR said they would outdamage the full STRs at the later levels (I assume probably 60+, or 51+) when they go and AoE. Of course they also said they weren't any good in PvP.
