Well the top two rings are pretty common, And the NPC's only buy them for a few hundred copper, If that says anything.
The Xbow is.... Ok, i guess, But the INT stat sorta kills it, Maybe 70-90s at the most. (Only because a NPC unstatted 60 wep for any class is hella expensive)
The bottom two rings are also pretty common, So asking for offers from other players first always helps.
