Actually it is a good tip to enhance you weapon when is still a Lv1 or Lv2 Item coz you hav emore chances of succeed..you can sell those items +6 or +7 and save the Game money to buy higher equipments..
In the end it will always depend if u are a good saver or not..If you are the one who pick up all the drops and try to save all the hp/sp stones as possible you will have more chances of having Game Money to but +9 items..
