1) Make sure you have a drawer with a metal handle that connects to the drawer in two places, like this:
2) Buy a 12v lantern battery.
USE RUBBER GLOVES FOR THE FOLLOWING:
3) Attach a wire from a terminal on the lantern battery to one the screws in the drawer.
4) Attach another wire from the other terminal to the other screw. Use a rubber glove/towel to open the drawer from now on.
5) Sit back and watch as your siblings shock the hell out of themselves a few times before they figure out the trick.
It should work on your sister. It certainly broke my cat of the habit of opening drawers.
