I saw this 60 minutes special or something one-time about how to tell if a mirror is a two-way mirror or not. They were doing the show because some major department store got busted for having cameras behind the mirrors in dressing rooms.

The women never knew. So, they told us that if you put a finger up to the mirror - you should NOT be able to see a gap in between your actual finger and the "image" reflected in the mirror. If you see a gap, then it is a two-way mirror.

So, now I check every mirror that I am going to be undressing in front of.
