Copper Lumps can be NPC, there's no use to them...

Elderine Scrolls - Sold them for about 6s in uruga but... saw them for 3s in Roumen.. maybe about 5s in Elderine? (Could try 6s and see how it goes)

I think all those Licenses you can buy from NPC?? If that's true then they wont be worth anymore than the NPC price....

Not too sure about the rest...
