Aren't most of your reasons for why you hate Light? Not why you hate Death Note? xD It would be weird if you hated DN just because you didn't like Light.
Imo the human characteristics were what made the anime the bestttt~ xD
Both Light and L were pretty twisted. ._. And Near too. Near creeps me out @_@ Those finger puppets/dolls that he plays with are really freaky. *o*
