I would add it in this manner:

Level 1 ~ 20 : 25 Spr
Level 21 ~ 25 : 5 Dex
Level 26 ~ 30/35 : 5/10 End
Level 31/36 ~ 35/40 : 5 Dex
Level 35/40 ~ 59 (65?) : End
